RETAILER PARTICIPATION

Eligibility: You must be a brick-and-mortar Retailer in the Austin area to be an official participant in Austin Fashion Week 2012. If you are an online only Retailer and would like to be a sponsor of Austin Fashion Week please email matt@launch787.com for more information.

There is only one participation option for Retailers for 2012. If you are a Retailer interested in a larger sponsorship package, please email matt@launch787.com for more information.

The RETAILER DEADLINE TO PARTICIPATE is July 1, 2012. The package includes the following:

  • Full web profile page including a company bio, live logo and 6 images on FashionWeekAustin.com
  • Ability to host an “official” Austin Fashion Week event in-store that will be promoted through the AFW calendar. All fees associated with hosting this event are the responsibility of the Retailer.
  • Listing as a preferred vendor for Austin Fashion Week on the official participant list.
  • IF YOU CHOOSE, you can request to host a curated Showcase Designer at your official Austin Fashion Week event. From all the Austin designers who submit applications, only 10 will be selected to be Showcase Designers. Each one will be paired with 10 chosen Retailers/Salons/Spas for an in-store event during Austin Fashion Week 2012. You may apply to host one of these designers or choose to NOT host one, if you prefer. All other participating Retailers are still welcome to host their own official Austin Fashion Week events.
  • Advertising on the Austin Fashion Week blog and emails. A weekly email is sent to over 8000 subscribers featuring relevant fashion content. Your logo will be placed on ALL weekly emails and your banner advertising will rotate on FashionWeekAustin.com/Blog and on the weekly emails. Advertising will begin on your participation entry date and will end on September 30, 2012.
  • Ability to insert actual product or a gift card (value must be greater than or equal to $25 and must have no restrictions other than expiration date) in 80 VIP gift bags (paid VIP tickets receive these bags).
  • Ability to insert actual product or a gift card (value must be greater than or equal to $25 and must have no restrictions other than expiration date) in 100 Designer & Fashion Forum Speaker gift bags (Fashion Forum speakers/panelists, Driskill, Awards & Kickoff Designers receive these bags).
  • 2 Tickets to the Austin Fashion Awards on August 18, 2012.

PARTICIPATION FEE: $400

Please note that tickets are only included for the Austin Fashion Awards. Kickoff, Driskill and Fashion Forum tickets and badges are NOT included and must be purchased separately. Other tickets may be purchased here.
